JK Solar Co., Ltd., located in Shangrao Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, employs over 1600 staff members and has a total land area of over 500mu. The registration site is Shangrao and registered capital is 180 million RMB. Our subsidiaries include Jiangxi Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. and Desun Solar Co., Ltd. We currently have mono-crystalline furnaces, a DSS furnace, squarer, wire-saw, several pieces of the most advanced acid pickling equipment and related facilities. Our capacity was 350MW in 2008.
JK Solar Co., Ltd. is a high-tech overseas funded enterprise invested by Hong Kong Parker Technology Co., Ltd. We have already formed our production series with the leading products of mono wafer and multi wafer, and own an integrated multi-functional industrial chain of R D, production, maintenance, trade and service as one of the largest production bases of crystalline wafer in China. In 2007, we were awarded with the honorary titles of "Top Ten Foreign Industrial Enterprises", and "Top Ten Excellent Industrial Enterprises" by the Shangrao government. Our company was selected as "Jiangxi Creative Product" and "Jiangxi High-Tech Enterprise" in 2007.
